Status-check requests

The status-check form on this static preview does not transmit information to a website server or store it in a database. It prepares an email in your device’s email application. Information is sent only if you choose to send that email.

CPA-client relationship

Submitting a request does not create a CPA-client relationship. An engagement begins only after both parties sign a written engagement letter.

Before launch

This draft notice must be reviewed and updated by Apex before production deployment, particularly if analytics, cookies, a hosted form provider, or a customer-management platform is added.
